We would like to welcome Rita J. Edwards, Ed.D to our Board of Directors.  Dr. Edwards has enjoyed a 30-year career focused on assisting learning and organizational systems in reaching for the goal of performance excellence.  She has co-founded a National Science Foundation grant, taught in K-12 public schools, facilitated courses in higher education and held administrative positions in education environments.  Currently, Dr. Edwards is a member of the Global Council and the Ed.D Academic Council and the Ed.D. Academic Council at University of Phoenix.  She also serves as the area chair for the Ed.D. program.  She has co-authored articles and co-facilities colloquiums in venues such as the Technology, College and Community Worldwide Online Conference and the Journal of Authentic Learning.   She is a strong supporter of Friends 4 the Future and has been a force in our fundraising activities.
